Pump Repair

Hydrogenation reactor feed pump (multi-stage pump) is locked and cannot be cranked, overall dismantling and cleaning, component size inspection, spindle size and runout inspection, focusing on inspection of each bearing position and sealing position; found after disassembly:The filter residue or foreign matter enters the gap between the fifth-stage impeller and the pump chamber of the pump body rotor, and the impeller rubs against the pump body, forming an axial force to impact the rotor, causing the shaft to bend and deform, the impeller to wear, and the rotor to lock. Replace localized parts:shaft, impeller, and reassemble related parts.

RCP—H3 High Speed Pump, the site equipment vibrates greatly, the whole machine is disassembled, the condition of the transmission shaft, impeller and other accessories is analyzed, and the accessories are replaced or repaired by adding materials according to the actual situation.
